Every day happiness

Inspired by this post at the Happiness Project I have compiled my own list of

“Things I can do every day, even when I cannot do anything else.” It is only short at the moment since I want to take this task serious and be commited, this is a work in progress so I will keep trying to add to this list on a regular basis.

  1. Make my bed
  2. Change my pillowcase for a fresh one every day
  3. Wear a seatbelt
  4. Wear an organic daycream
  5. Take my Vitamin C, L-lysine and Fish oil tablets
  6. Go for a 10 minute walk
  7. Throw something out I don’t need anymore (or donate to Salvo’s)
