Inspired by this post at the Happiness Project I have compiled my own list of
“Things I can do every day, even when I cannot do anything else.” It is only short at the moment since I want to take this task serious and be commited, this is a work in progress so I will keep trying to add to this list on a regular basis.
- Make my bed
- Change my pillowcase for a fresh one every day
- Wear a seatbelt
- Wear an organic daycream
- Take my Vitamin C, L-lysine and Fish oil tablets
- Go for a 10 minute walk
- Throw something out I don’t need anymore (or donate to Salvo’s)
